The Talent Marketplace features automated candidate matching technology that orders job seekers in ranked Talent Pools. We provide a range of ways for employers to find their perfect match:

  1. Talent On-Demand: ISCA's Accredited Employers provide details on the skills and experience they require, and the Talent On-Demand engine builds custom talent pools with their matched candidates that they can shortlist, interview, and hire. 
  2. Candidate Order: Employers complete an order that details the talent they need, and experienced recruiters search the marketplace and provide a shortlist of candidates to review.
  3. Job Board: Employers can post a job advertisement on our Job Board and log in to view candidates that have applied for the job. 

The Talent Marketplace is available as a free service for employers to find the right talent. Employers pay a placement fee only when hiring a candidate on the platform.
